We will acknowledge receipt of the report within 72 hours of workday and maintain communication with you regarding the progress and resolution of the vulnerability.

Notes:

• Please notify us as soon as possible after discovering a real or potential security issue.

• Make every effort to avoid violating privacy, degrading user experience, disrupting production systems, and destroying or manipulating data.

• Use vulnerability exploitation only to the extent necessary to confirm the existence of the vulnerability. Do not use vulnerability exploitation to destroy or leak data, establish persistent command-line access, or switch to other systems using the vulnerability.

•  Please give us a reasonable time to resolve the issue before publicly disclosing it.

•  Do not submit a large number of low-quality reports.

Once a vulnerability is identified or any sensitive data is encountered (including personally identifiable information, financial information, or proprietary information or trade secrets of any party), you must stop testing, notify us immediately, and must not disclose this data to any other person.

Vulnerability Handling Timeline

We strive to respond to and resolve various vulnerability issues promptly. The entire handling process, including assessment, repair, and verification, will be completed within 30-60 days.
